About me
I'm Liz Gresson. I grew up believing that I had no choice about the kind of life I wanted to lead - that I just had to take what was offered, settle for whatever came my way. I was out of touch with my own wants and needs and so I couldn't really identify what I wanted, only what I didn't want.
For years I worked at jobs which didn't satisfy me, but I discovered aspects of them at which I excelled. These included strong organisational skills, with the ability to identify and cut through unnecessary and wasteful procedures to create efficient and effective systems.
Before the pandemic, I brought these skills and attributes to an organising and decluttering business, helping people to streamline and simplify their working and living spaces. Challenging my clients to question their often unnecessary baggage allowed them to focus on what was really important to them and make the space, both physical and mental, to live their lives as they really wanted.
Clover Life Coaching's programme is an extension of this, By helping people to challenge and dismantle the blocks and limiting beliefs getting in their way, I help them to identify and reach their goals and dreams.
After a lot of personal development in various forms, I have finally developed a vision for myself and am now moving into the life I want to be living. I've learnt to celebrate my skills and abilities which I now bring to Clover Life Coaching. These include insight, an ability to listen with compassion and without judgement and the ability to challenge people to question their beliefs and to recognise their own strengths, while supporting them to find the courage to achieve their own visions.
